Re: [IPp] unsticky sites (gorilla snot)
We also use "gorilla snot"... it is really called Tincture of Benzoin ... most
pharmacies seem to carry it or can order it for you. We put it on last, right
before site insertion. Let it dry before site placement. It will be sticky to
the touch which really keeps site in place. My son (8 y/o) does Swim Team and
Water Polo.. is in the pool working out for 2 hours, 4 days a week and we have
great luck with this stuff. It also helps to wear either Speedos or Jammers
under the traditional boys trunks. They keep the site better in place and
cause less rubbing to loosen it up.
Good Luck!
Valerie

Subject: [IPp] unsticky sites
Hi!
A parent wrote in a week or 2 ago about a product that they use to keep
their sites in place while in water for long periods of time. I think it
was
called "ape snot" or "gorilla snot", the directions on how they use it were
attached to the post. I misplaced the post.
Thanks Karen
