RE: [IPp] continuous monitoring system and school

We found wearing the sensor is harder in the summer than during the
school year. It may take you 3 or 4 sensors before you get the hang of
it.

My suggestion would be to start it on a Saturday morning. Then you
would have all day Saturday, Sunday, and then send them to school with
it on Monday.

Be patient. We hated the sensors for 4 or 5 times. MM rep. inserted
many of them with us. We recommend numbing cream!!!! No the inserts
are uneventful.

Subject: [IPp] continuous monitoring system and school

hi -
we have the oppurtunity to try the minimed paradigm with real time
monitoring sensors. we were supposed to get started this summer, but for
various reasons, that got pushed off. i'm wondering if we should try it
now,
which would mean getting used to it during the first weeks of school, or
if
we should wait until a school vacation.

i'd appreciate any thoughts.

thanks,
