RE: [IPp] baseball pitching

What I did for my son who played tackle football was to run a temporary
rate for 2 hours prior to the game and then disconnect during the game.
For example, if the game was at noon, I'd run a temp rate from 8-10 am
(this would effect the time he was playing and his adrenaline was high)
and disconnect from 12-2. Of course we'd check and correct as necessary
during the game.

Subject: [IPp] baseball pitching

My 14.5 year old son has been promoted from 1st baseman to pitcher. B
Does
anyone have any experience with this sport? B He is high 200-240 during
the
game and then 4-5 hours later dropping dangerously low, 39-44. B I
usually
turn off his basals for 2 hours and work hard to get him up to 100. B
Tomorrow
is his first evening game 6-8 pm, so I am getting tired already thinking
of
the sleep I will miss.
