I too went through this a few years back with frozen shoulder and also
frozen hip.  I did not have any steroid shots but did go through physical
therapy.  The therapy helped immensely along with anti inflammatory meds.
I did have therapy for several months but was well worth it.  to this day I
make sure to stretch every day.  Good luck Candy!
