Those prices don't seem all that bad when you compare them to what is costs for
a pump/meter and monthly maintenance supplies for them.

Just got info on the Dexcom CGMS. Since my insurance won't cover it, the prices
quoted to me for outright purchase are as follows:
$999 for initial purchase and start up.
$275 a month for sensors.
Are these people nuts? No wonder why my insurance won't cover it! I wouldn't
expect them to pay these exorbitant prices either!
