[IP] Going off the pump
My daughter is considering going off the pump for a little break. I know that
she will use Lantus at the same dose as her total basal in the pump, given in
the evening. I am wondering if you disconnect as soon as you give the Lantus
injection for the first time. Or someone said you give the Lantus shot at
night, then disconnect from the pump in the a.m. to give the Lantus some time
to get working. What have others done? Thanks.
