I had such bad nausea and vomiting with my second that I lost weight the
first trimester. Was hospitalized on a couple occasions for dehydration.
I finally discovered those sea-sick bracelets that use accupressure on your
wrist, which surprisingly gave me some relief.
Try to figure out if there are any foods you're tolerating well enough and
eat little bits of that often. Crazy as it sounds, guacamole and chips
worked well for me; a few chips now and then seemed to keep enough in my
stomach to settle things.
